Job Summary
Lead small teams of cross-domain engineers spanning electrical, computer, mechanical, and software. Integrate sensors and computing platforms over interfaces (RS232, RS422, SPI, I2C, TCP/IP). Deploy navigation/estimation or computer-vision algorithms to real-time processing architectures. Enhance software architecture with design, programming, and code reviews. Lead field demonstrations and customer interfacing; travel 1–2 weeks, 3–4 times annually. Present techniques and results to team and customers. Requires experience programming in C/C++ with Python or MATLAB; Linux familiarity; US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. Preferred: Master’s or PhD; experience with inertial sensors, GPS, altimeters, cameras, LiDAR; autonomous-system development; version control (Git/GitLab); prior security clearance (Secret or above). For U.S. positions, Pay range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00 with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, aerospace engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of related experience.
