Job Summary
Lead and own a robotics startup; build, run, and scale the venture while working under EWOR Fellows’ guidance. Own the product and engineering roadmap, iterate toward product-market-fit, and drive hiring through an extensive professional network. Receive intensive coaching from experienced founders and support in fundraising to reach multi-million-euro rounds. Develop and deploy a sales/marketing engine, build a capable team, and work toward €100M+ in revenues. Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation, with strong English communication to coordinate across remote and distributed teams.
