Job Summary
Program, configure, and integrate FANUC robotic systems for custom manufacturing equipment, developing motion sequences, tooling logic, and production workflows. Support PLC integration, I/O mapping, and HMI interaction while collaborating with Mechanical, Controls, and Project Engineering teams during design and build phases. Conduct robot testing, debug, and commissioning activities to optimize cycle times, repeatability, and safety. Troubleshoot robotic cells, automation systems, and controls issues, then assist with customer training, startup support, and technical documentation. Travel domestically and internationally for installations and commissioning. Requires over three years of industrial robotics experience, strong FANUC programming skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Over 3 years of industrial robotics programming/integration experience
- Strong FANUC robot programming experience
- Able to travel globally as projects require
- Must possess a valid driver's license and possess, or be able to obtain, a Passport and Transportation Workers Identification (TWI) card
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with PLC systems such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi
