Robotics AI Data Collection Operator (Robot Trainer)

Operate robotic systems using teleoperation interfaces to perform physical demonstrations that generate high-quality training data for AI models. Execute repetitive tasks with a focus on consistency, including picking, placing, sorting, folding, and multi-step assembly workflows. Review recorded demonstrations to identify quality issues, provide feedback on performance, and assist with setup and calibration. Maintain accurate records of activities while meeting daily productivity and quality targets. This role supports the development of robots for real-world applications in homes, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.
