Job Summary
Operate robotic systems using teleoperation interfaces to perform physical demonstrations that generate high-quality training data for AI models. Execute repetitive tasks with a focus on consistency, including picking, placing, sorting, folding, and assembly operations. Review recorded demonstrations to identify quality issues and provide feedback on robot performance while maintaining accurate activity records. Assist with robot setup, calibration, and workspace preparation to ensure daily productivity targets are met. This role supports the development of next-generation intelligent robotic systems for real-world applications in homes, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.
