Job Summary
Operate, maintain and troubleshoot robotic welding and fabrication equipment to meet production requirements, identify material specifications, fabricate parts per cut lists and shop drawings, set welding parameters and machine settings to ensure weld quality and efficiency, troubleshoot complex robotic welding, communicate issues and coordinate corrective actions, train and mentor Robotic Welding Operators, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety, quality standards and production processes.
