Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot and optimize robotic welding equipment; operate, fabricate parts per shop drawings and cut lists; utilize welding processes and HMI interfaces to produce parts meeting quality standards; adjust welding systems and parameters; troubleshoot robotic welding issues; mentor Robotic Welding Operators; coordinate with support resources; participate in continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality and productivity; perform duties with attention to safety and company policies; work with forklifts/cranes and handle materials per procedures; follow production documentation and reporting; training and mentoring responsibilities emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating robotic welding equipment preferred
- One year of manufacturing experience preferred (bonus)
- AWS D1.1 and D1.5 experience preferred
