Job Summary
Robotic Welding Operator for night shift responsible for safely operating robotic welding equipment to fabrication-quality parts per shop drawings and production requirements. Responsibilities include identifying material specifications, fabricating to cut lists and shop drawings, using welding processes and HMI interfaces, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring dimensional accuracy. Must read shop drawings, perform accurate documentation, and maintain safety and quality standards. The role involves operating material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes), loading/unloading materials, assisting with training, and supporting a lean, one-team culture. Strong communication and adherence to welding tolerances and codes are required; eligible for a 2nd shift schedule with consistent hours and potential for a hiring bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Six months of CNC equipment or Robotic welding equipment operation experience preferred
- Overhead crane operation experience preferred
