Job Summary
Operate robotic welding equipment to weld metal components according to production specifications; load and unload parts and materials from welding fixtures; monitor welding operations for consistent quality and production efficiency; perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, comparators); read and interpret blueprints and work instructions; identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production delays; record production activity in the shop floor system; assist with basic machine setups, fixture changes, and production changeovers as trained.
Required Qualifications
- 6–12 months of relevant experience required
- Welding experience preferred
