Job Summary
Coordinate and support robotic welding operations and CNC programming to ensure safe, efficient fabrication per DWS standards. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting robotic welding programs, coordinating information flow between engineering, production and detailing, managing material management and scheduling data, training team members on software and programming procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation and production workflows. Requires ability to read structural drawings, understand routing/scheduling, and communicate across production, engineering and vendor teams.
