Robotic Welding Coordinator Day shift

Coordinate and support production operations by managing CNC programming, robotic welding system data, material management information and production workflows to ensure safe, efficient and accurate fabrication in accordance with DWS standards. Essential duties include coordinating information flow between engineering, production and robotic welding operations; creating/modifying/maintaining robotic welding programs and CNC data; training team members on software systems and programming processes; interpreting drawings and production documents to support fabrication; troubleshooting complex system, process, and programming issues; collaborating with detailing personnel to improve information flow between detailing software and CNC systems; ensuring ongoing adherence to safety, quality, productivity, and attendance. Requires ability to read shop drawings, understand production routing and scheduling, and apply knowledge of Tekla and structural welding/fabrication practices. Minimum HS diploma with 2 years of related experience preferred; strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work in a team environment.
