Job Summary
Set up, operate, and maintain the Robotic Weld Cell, including fixture setup, preventive maintenance, and safe, efficient operations to drive efficiencies and high-quality parts. Read and interpret customer prints, follow work instructions, perform basic measurements, and weld GMAW in mild steel, with stainless and aluminum alloys as a plus. Collaborate with the welding engineering and robotics team to ensure programs run smoothly and efficiently, while certifying to AWS and ASME specs. Familiarity with Genesis systems, Fanuc Robots, and programming is a plus. Work includes robotic welding of small and large weldments using fixtures.
