Job Summary
Operate robotic and hand welders (MIG/Pulse) to produce accurate weldments/assemblies. Read schematics/drawings and conform to work instructions. Set up jobs by selecting fixtures, weld patterns, components, programs, tooling, and related equipment. Requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years welding experience; able to lift 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. 1st shift hours (6:30am–3:00pm), Monday–Friday. Wage range $20–$24/hour based on skillset; $1,500 sign-on bonus for new hires. The Toro Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1-3 years of welding training/experience
- Ability to read schematics/drawings and work instructions
- Ability to operate welding equipment (robotic and hand welders, MIG/Pulse)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
