Job Summary
Operate welding fixtures for quality assurance checks, diagnose operational issues, and perform full setup and tear-down functions for robotic welders. Calculate mathematical adjustments from QA reports and interpret weld data to modify angles and parameters. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble fixtures, read blueprints, and bypass controls as needed. Complete preventive maintenance documentation, report fixture wear for repairs, and maintain organized records. Work overtime and weekends to support the assembly welding department. Requires intermediate mechanical skills, strong analytical reasoning, and the ability to lift 30 lbs routinely. High School diploma required.
Required Qualifications

- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
- The ability to lift 30 lbs on a routine basis
- Manipulate medium to large objects, materials, or tools on a routine basis
- Use arms/legs continually and repeatedly over an extended period
- Must have shift and overtime flexibility including some weekends
- High School diploma or equivalent
