Job Summary
Conduct robotic urology procedures using the Da Vinci XI system, managing a balanced patient mix of 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient care. Collaborate with two dedicated urologists and two experienced APPs in a tight-knit team environment while maintaining a manageable 1:3 call rotation with APPs covering first calls from 8 AM to 5 PM. Deliver care at UP Health System-Marquette, a 222-bed regional referral center affiliated with Michigan State University and Duke University, serving a population of over 300k.
