Balance customer value, cost, and engineering effort to deploy optimal solutions while maintaining prototype fleets and delivering embedded firmware. Make high-level architecture decisions on sensing technologies and calibration techniques, then research external products to ensure state-of-the-art adoption. Deploy resources across programs, prioritize assignments, and hire top-level engineers to build a balanced, high-performance team. Maintain a hands-on approach to daily technical decisions and product development.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in control algorithms, sensors, actuators, and embedded systems for complex, high precision products
