Job Summary
Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and business intelligence capabilities using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Collaborate with the N6 Information Technology Directorate to gather automation requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend opportunities that increase efficiency. Create and maintain technical documentation for workflows and data sources while improving existing automation tools. Evaluate Information Management and Knowledge Management repositories to support ongoing enhancements. Ensure all solutions comply with Department of Defense policies and security requirements. Active Secret Security Clearance required prior to start, with compensation and benefits including certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience documenting technical solutions, workflows, and business processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative government team
- Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Must be able to maintain the clearance throughout the period of performance
