RPA Manager role focused on providing technical direction and leadership for end-to-end Robotic Process Automation initiatives at Ashling Partners. Responsibilities include defining design considerations for security, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and disaster recovery; planning and sustaining client RPA initiatives; guiding delivery methodologies; understanding and transforming workflow-based processes into automated solutions; identifying expansion opportunities; collaborating across Delivery, Sales, and People teams; overseeing staffing and utilization; representing Development in the Automation Centers of Excellence; mentoring onshore/offshore resources; leading RPA development and maintenance; and delivering client value through measurable metrics.
