Job Summary
Spearhead automation initiatives from inception to deployment, designing and developing automated solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere and Xceptor. Configure, deploy, and support bots for task automation while analyzing processes to propose improvements through business process re-engineering. Meet with clients to understand business needs, collaborate with developers to integrate automation into broader projects, and mentor junior analysts. Troubleshoot and resolve process issues, then analyze results to train users on deployed solutions. Full-time direct employment with hybrid onsite/remote options in Philadelphia, PA, requiring US citizenship or Green Card status. Two years of hands-on RPA experience and SQL database knowledge are essential.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen/Green Card Holders only
- 2 years hands-on RPA experience on one of the popular platforms: Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Fortra, BluePrism
- Must be local to the Philadelphia area as expectation are to be in the office 1-2 days per week min.
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and visually communicate process diagrams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft SQL database environment.
