Job Summary
Operate and maintain robotic machinery to ensure continuous production flow, proactively addressing stoppages caused by part orientation errors, empty pockets, or mechanical faults. Manage custom quantity reels and process all non-standard reels to meet strict same-day customer quality requirements. Perform required machine checks using the Robotic Test Checklist and document technical machine faults with high detail for maintenance teams. Monitor robot room supplies to prevent shortages and communicate inventory needs to the Team Leader or Supply Chain team. Support Tape & Reel and general warehouse operations as a cross-functional member, ensuring operators are trained per department procedures. Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing ESD foot straps when handling sensitive components.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment (3 years minimum)
- Must be highly tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to identify, explain, and troubleshoot mechanical or software faults in robotic equipment
- Strong ability to read, write, and orally communicate technical issues in English
- Ability to follow complex procedures and manage detailed QC documentation
- Familiarity with warehouse ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to utilize standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks
- Ability to manage time constraints and competing priorities
- Ability and willingness to abide by Company's Code of Conduct
- Weekday and Saturday overtime may be required based on business need
