Job Summary
Serve as the operating room expert for CORI robotic assisted knee and hip solutions, providing hands-on case coverage for new and existing customers. Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology by partnering with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams to support product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth initiatives. Train surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgical environments while identifying commercial opportunities, generating leads, and contributing directly to territory revenue performance. Represent Smith+Nephew at labs, in services, and medical education events. Requires 2+ years in medical device sales or OR-based commercial roles with orthopaedics or robotics experience, plus extensive travel within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in medical device sales or operating room based commercial roles
- Post secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experience
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including regular overnight travel
- Must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of healthcare facilities they support
