Job Summary
Modify 6-axis robot programs to maintain part quality and perform routine maintenance on router cells, including minor repairs to pneumatic, electrical, and safety systems. Disassemble and reassemble spindles for repairs and preventive maintenance, while fixing fiberglass nests to ensure production capability. This onsite role requires 3rd shift coverage from 9:30pm to 6am, Monday through Friday, with a high school diploma and three years of experience with automated industrial equipment. Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with automated industrial equipment in fast paced manufacturing environments
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and in the use of e-mail, web browser applications
- Working knowledge of maintenance software
- Intermediate-advanced math skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and ability to make proper decisions
- Strong analytical, planning skills and critical thinking ability
- Orientation for continuous improvement
- Ability to understand and follow written technical procedures/instructions
- Ability to effectively read and interpret technical documentation such as manuals, procedures, etc
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Highly effective, articulate communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal effectiveness and the ability to work with all employee levels in the organization
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage a variety of projects and tasks
- Take initiative, approach others in a positive and constructive manner, and work well independently to achieve results
- 100% will be spent on the production floor completing work related to the position
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds individually and team lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others
- Must wear all personal protective equipment where required

Desired Qualifications
- Advanced technical training
- Automotive industry preferred
- Previous experience with programing multi axis robots would be beneficial
- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred
