Job Summary
Operate and monitor robotic inspection missions across solar sites from Brazil, executing daily mission schedules and ensuring mission completion accuracy; communicate clearly with US-based operators, supervisors, and technical teams; identify and troubleshoot robot or connectivity issues; assist with onboarding new sites, robot readiness checks, and validation of mission setup; log mission data and provide clear written and verbal updates in English; follow safety procedures and maintain accurate operational documentation.
Required Qualifications
- English fluency (spoken and written) and daily communication with US teams; experience in an English-speaking environment (technical support, customer service/call center, robotics or remote operations); strong communication and collaboration skills; basic technical aptitude and problem-solving ability; ability to work from an office environment with schedule alignment to US operations.
