Job Summary
Own operation KPIs for collaborative and humanoid robot cells, focusing on cycle stability and technical loss reduction. Solve practical operations-management issues from pilot deployment through scaled rollout and cross-site replication. Lead root-cause analysis for recurring faults, define standard reaction playbooks, and establish data collection for early-warning mechanisms. Standardize spare parts strategy and coach team members on troubleshooting logic and digital tool usage. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for rapid issue closure and process alignment. Manage end-to-end responsibility for robot operation management across industrial deployment scenarios.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields
- Total working experience > 5 year
- Related working experience >2 years
- Hands-on experience with collaborative robot systems and integration in production environments
- Strong problem-solving and structured analysis skills for complex electromechanical and control issues
- Practical understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, FPY, cycle time, downtime loss) and improvement methods
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing
Desired Qualifications
- exposure to humanoid robot platforms is a strong plus
- Exposure to AI-assisted diagnostics, machine-learning-enabled equipment optimization, or LLM/VLM-driven robot applications is preferred
