Robot Deployment Engineer (w/m/x)

Operate autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) by installing them on-site, diagnosing complex robotic issues, and documenting solutions while evaluating performance and customer satisfaction. Prepare and execute AMR demonstrations, manage deployment at global events, and train customers and implementation teams on product usage. Collaborate closely with internal project and development teams, as well as external stakeholders, while supporting global customer support teams when needed. Spend approximately 80% of your time at customer sites or events across Germany and Europe, with the remaining 20% dedicated to developing internal tools and processes in head or home office. Requires a valid German Class B driver's license, proficiency in Python and C++, and the ability to travel up to 80% nationally and internationally.
