Job Summary
Assemble, maintain, and repair robot hardware while diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues. Prepare and inspect units for each shift, conduct routine inspections, and log performance data to track recurring problems. Collaborate with engineering teams to test new functionalities and contribute findings that shape future hardware improvements. Ensure all robots meet safety and operational standards before deployment across active markets. This role requires hands-on experience in robotics or electronics, familiarity with schematics, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $19.00 per hour, with both full-time and part-time options available.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in robotics, electronics, bike shops, or similar environments
- 2+ years of technical experience in diagnostics, repair, or maintenance
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Ability to lift 40 lbs

- Associate degree or equivalent technical experience in robotics or engineering
- Experience with semi-autonomous robotic systems
