Job Summary

Lead and manage robotics and technology work teams, ensuring effective control and administration throughout projects. Verify that robot and technology programming adhere to client standards, ensuring robot safety, application functionality, and preventing collisions between robots and equipment. Configure, commission, and program robots, including calibrating axes, configuring networks, and creating robot trajectories and logic. Validate process quality through destructive tests to confirm welding quality and compliance with requirements and specifications. Prepare offline robot programs and comprehensive documentation at the final level. Support project coordination, including kickoff, RFQ elaboration, and supplier control.

  • Validate security and safety areas between line operators, robots, and PLCs
  • Prepare robot programming documentation
  • Support mechanical assembly in the installation of EOAT
  • Assist the planning area in defining concepts
  • Support hardware and software design areas
  • Assist in electrical assembly during installation
  • Prepare offline robot programs (OLP)
  • Support project coordination
  • Participate in kickoff
