Job Summary
Organize and prepare student materials, serve as a teacher's aide during the school year, and facilitate activities while supporting students. Work closely with instructors and school staff to ensure a smooth camp experience, providing general support such as setting up classrooms, managing supplies, and assisting with logistical needs. Available August 13–May 22, with preferred hours of 8 am–1 pm, this role offers hands-on experience in an educational environment for current Mercer students.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a current Mercer Student
- Must be federal work-study eligible
- Must be available to work August 13-May 22
- Must complete an Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9)
- Must present documentation verifying citizenship or permanent residency
- Must present a valid US Passport, certificate of US citizenship, alien registration card with photograph
- Must present two of the following documents: a state driver's license, validated student ID card, original social security card, birth certificate
