Job Summary
DSP position based in Minnesota, part-time evening shifts (6-2am) on Fridays and every other weekend, supporting individuals with brain injuries and disabilities in private homes operated by Restart, Inc. Provides caregiving, compassionate communication, and relationship-building with clients; training is provided; multiple home settings across the Greater Minneapolis Area with a full benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in care giving to a variety of disabled adults
- Experience caring for adults with disabilities, especially those with traumatic brain injury (TBI)
- Outstanding attendance record
- Medical training
- Adaptive personality and patient mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Flexible and able to work at different sites as scheduled
