Roasting & Grinding Operator

Operate and monitor roasting and grinding machinery to ensure efficient production, adjusting equipment settings based on product specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular quality control checks on roasted and ground products while maintaining a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and strong observational skills. On-site work may involve exposure to allergens including Soy, Wheat, Fish, Shellfish, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts, and Sesame.
