Roastery Goods-in Coordinator

Oversee inbound Roastery operations at Origin, ensuring incoming inventory is received, counted, receipted, inspected, and accurately recorded; maintain stock accuracy, traceability, and safety across roastery goods-in activities. Manage unloading, palletisation, identification, and storage of green coffee while optimizing workflow, space utilization, and stock movement throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, labeling and organizing green coffee on racking, ensuring proper lot location and rotation; maintaining inventory integrity through regular counts, audits, and reconciliations; liaising with supply chain and operations to resolve discrepancies; optimizing layout, using WMS and Excel to track data and generate KPIs; upholding hygiene and sanitation standards, conducting forklift checks, and ensuring audit readiness with detailed records; implementing daily sanitation policies, scheduling deep cleaning, managing waste, and promoting safety and efficiency. Must be highly organized, process-driven, and capable of working cross-functionally to maintain accurate stock, robust traceability, and compliant storage practices.
