Job Summary
Assist members with account inquiries, process cash and non-cash transactions, and provide account maintenance while resolving financial issues and educating members on products. Travel between branches as needed to cover absent tellers, balancing cash and checks with minimal errors. Maintain knowledge of all credit union products, services, and promotions to deliver value-added solutions. Work Monday through Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., with occasional adjusted schedules, overtime, and evening/weekend hours. Furnish your own transportation to assigned locations.
Required Qualifications
- Six months to twelve months of similar or related experience
- A high school education or GED
- Ability to furnish their own transportation to the assigned location
- Ability to work out of their home branch and travel to other branches as needed
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday
- Ability to work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Ability to work occasional adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours
- Ability to sit and/or remain in a stationary position
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, operate, input or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction
- Ability to talk, communicate, converse, exchange information and hear
- Ability to balance, kneel, walk and stand
- Ability to frequently use a computer and/or phone
- Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly
- Ability to exert up to 10 to 25 pounds of force occasionally
