Roaming Manager

Job Summary
Manage roaming partnerships with eMSPs, CPOs, and hubs by negotiating contracts, tariffs, and SLAs while identifying new strategic opportunities to expand the network. Monitor performance, margins, and KPIs to drive profitability and resolve disputes across end-to-end transaction flows from validation to payment. Analyze volumes, success rates, and revenue per partner to translate data into actionable improvements and work closely with Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal teams. Represent MobilityPlus at industry events and share market insights internally. Requires a bachelor's or master's degree with at least two years in partnership or business development; fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with French as a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma, or equivalent through experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in partnership management, business development, account management or similar role
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for partner meetings, workshops and industrial events
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within e-mobility, energy, automotive, fintech, telecom roaming or another platform-/SaaS-environment
- Affinity with roaming protocols such as OCPI, OICP or eMIP
- Fluent French
- Affinity with technology, data and tools such as Excel, CPMS backend, CRM, BI and ticketing systems
