Job Summary
Roadway Project Manager to lead transportation design projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region (Pittsburgh or Camp Hill, PA). Responsibilities include directing roadway design staff, coordinating project documentation and client/vendor communication, managing schedules and reports, preparing submittals and bid activities, and supporting business development. Requires a BS in Civil Engineering, PA PE license, 8+ years of relevant experience with DOT design methods, and strong interpersonal skills. Office locations in Pittsburgh or Camp Hill, PA; PA-based roles with an emphasis on project leadership, client coordination, and adherence to quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Civil Engineering
- PA Turnpike or PennDOT roadway design experience
- Pennsylvania PE is required
- Experience in DOT design methods, plan preparation, standards, and specifications
- Valid driver’s license
- A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience
- At least 4 years of progressive responsibility within the industry
