Job Summary
Roadway Project Manager for FDOT roadway design projects in Florida. Lead project teams of engineers and designers to develop roadway plans from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with FDOT and local agency standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and sub-consultants, mentoring junior engineers, maintaining client relationships for business growth, and supporting business development through proposals and client presentations. Requires ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering, FL PE license, 10+ years of transportation roadway design experience, and proven multi-project leadership skills. Located in Deland, FL and onsite with no remote work indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science from an ABET-accredited university in Civil Engineering
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10+ years of transportation roadway design experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and teams
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
