Job Summary
Manage and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions for assigned roadway projects. Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, and gross profit while overseeing project invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable. Develop and monitor the Project Management, Health and Safety, and Quality Assurance plans; establish requirements and track deliverables for adherence. Assign tasks to subordinates, negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors, and secure additional work. Rectify cost overruns or delays, maintain change orders, and report progress on milestones and conditions affecting cost or schedule. Act as the company representative during program execution and participate in proposal development, client meetings, and regulatory negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of related work experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
