Roadway Project Manager Engineer

Job Summary
Manage roadway projects by coordinating with clients, prime contractors, and subconsultants as a team. Design horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage, guardrails, and traffic signals while supervising staff to prepare plans and CAD drawings using GEOPAK, INROADS, Open Roads, and MicroStation. Conduct quantity calculations, cost estimates, and erosion control planning. Attend field checks, public hearings, and pre-construction meetings to oversee maintenance of traffic plans. Requires a PE license in Indiana or Ohio, valid driver's license, and 10-15 years of roadway design experience. Full-time onsite role in Columbus, OH with no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Must have PE License, licensed in Indiana/Ohio
- Must have a valid drivers license
- No more than three jobs in the past 10 years
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- PE License, licensed in Indiana/Ohio
- 10-15 years of experience in roadway design
- Experience preparing roadway plans for DOT projects
- Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Possess excellent time management skills
- A valid driver's license is required
- 100% onsite, in-office work
- No sponsorships or visa holders
- No Corp-to-Corp
Desired Qualifications
- Prior project management experience is a plus, but not required
