Job Summary
Benesch is seeking a Roadway Project Manager in Pittsburgh, PA with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, PE licensure, and 10-12 years of experience in highways and local roads projects. This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule and involves client relations, project management, and team coordination.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed PE in the state of PA or planning to obtain licensure within one year
- Minimum of 10-12 years relevant experience
- Minimum of 4 years of task lead/project management experience for highways and local roads engineering projects
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong organizational skills with a track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules
- Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner
- Experience in marketing including preparing presentations and technical proposals
- Experience in pursuit and development of alternative delivery projects
- PennDOT and local agency experience and relationships
- Model-based digital delivery experience in Bentley (MicroStation, Open Roads)
