Job Summary
Provide high-level project design and review of documents while applying advanced engineering concepts to solve complex issues. Ensure delivery of completed designs meeting quality standards and project objectives through collaborative work that promotes efficiencies. Conduct research in areas of considerable scope and complexity, advising staff on design approaches and supervising technical assignments of less experienced personnel. Mentor junior staff and build/maintain client relationships. Contribute to the development of standards and guidelines for engineering activities within the team. This role is based in Phoenix for a multi-state design firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 6+ years of engineering experience
- PE License
- Proficient with Open Roads Designer software
- Knowledge of standard engineering techniques, procedures, and codes
- Project management/organizational skills
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
