Global Support Agent at Indie Campers, serving as the first point of contact for travelers and internal teams, handling inquiries across calls, chats, and emails; resolve on-trip issues, coordinate with depots and external service providers, manage disputes with tact and empathy, document interactions in the internal system, escalate complex issues, guide customers on vehicle operation and onboard systems, and continuously update fleet knowledge while collaborating with the global support team.
