Job Summary
Operate a service/tow truck or tow truck to assist AAA members, including fuel delivery, battery testing/replacement, jumpstarts, lockout service, and tire changes; arrange for or tow a vehicle when it cannot be started or is unsafe to drive. Deliver excellent customer service, use GPS/maps to locate breakdowns, and contribute to events or promotions as needed. Role involves potential evening/weekend shifts, training, and potential benefits and bonuses as described.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- 21 years of age or older
- Possession of valid state driver’s license with minimal driving infractions/incidents (Illinois C-Non CDL if employed in Illinois)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Successful completion of drug screening, MVR, criminal background check and DOT health screenings
