Respond to member requests for roadside services within a given ETA, assessing scene safety and managing emotional states during interactions. Provide minor mechanical assistance such as jump starts and tire changes, or safely tow vehicles to repair facilities following AAA policies and manufacturer specifications. Maintain service vehicles and equipment through regular safety checks, collect revenue accurately, and safeguard confidential information. Educate members on AAA products and refer calls to appropriate technicians while promoting services. Work independently with flexible scheduling to cover a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
