Job Summary
Respond to member requests for roadside service by accepting calls, assessing scene safety, and providing jump starts, tire replacements, or towing to repair facilities. Educate members on vehicle issues, promote AAA products, and collect revenue while maintaining service vehicles and equipment. Safely tow disabled vehicles following Club policies and manufacturer specifications, ensuring member safety and positive experiences. Work independently to cover a 24/7 operation across various fleet locations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- Active and valid driver's license issued by only one state or jurisdiction
- Satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check during pre-hire screening
- Satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check periodically during employment
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary training in automotive mechanics
- Familiarity of electrical troubleshooting
