Roadside Assistance Driver - Tow (59447)

Respond to member requests for roadside service by accepting calls, assessing scene safety, and providing jump starts, tire replacements, or towing. Educate members on vehicle issues and AAA products while promoting services and resolving issues to ensure positive experiences. Maintain service vehicles and equipment through safety checks and inventory management, operating the MDC computer to update call information and collect revenue accurately. Safeguard confidential information, follow traffic laws and club policies, and transport members to destinations when necessary. Work independently with flexible scheduling to support various fleet locations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
