Roadside Assistance Driver - Flatbed (60077)

Respond to member requests for roadside service within a given ETA, assessing scene safety and managing emotional states. Provide minor mechanical assistance such as jump starts and tire replacements, or safely tow vehicles following Club policies and manufacturer specifications. Maintain service vehicles and equipment through regular safety checks, collect revenue accurately, and safeguard confidential information. Educate members on AAA products and refer calls to appropriate technicians while promoting other services. Work independently under pressure with various traffic and weather conditions to ensure complete resolution of member issues.
