Roadside Assistance Driver - Flatbed (59882)

Respond to roadside service requests for AAA members by accepting dispatch calls, assessing scene safety, and providing jump starts, tire replacements, or minor mechanical assistance. If repairs fail, safely tow vehicles to repair facilities or member destinations while following all safety procedures and club policies. Educate members on possible issues and AAA products, manage service revenue through cash and credit, and maintain the service vehicle and equipment to ensure positive member experiences. Work independently under pressure to achieve club performance standards for go rates and satisfaction.
