Accept calls and respond to dispatch or members with an estimated time of arrival, while assessing scene safety and managing member emotional states. Provide minor mechanical assistance such as jump starts and tire replacements, or safely tow vehicles to repair facilities following club and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain service vehicles and equipment through regular safety checks, collect revenue accurately, and safeguard confidential information. Educate members on AAA products and refer calls to appropriate technicians while promoting services. Operate the MDC computer to update call information and ensure complete resolution of member issues. Work independently under pressure with various traffic and weather conditions to achieve performance standards for go rates and satisfaction.
