Roadside Assistance Driver - Flatbed (59524)

Accept calls and respond to dispatch or members with an ETA to destination, assessing scene safety before providing service. Perform minor mechanical assistance such as jump starts and tire replacements, or safely tow vehicles to repair facilities following club policies. Educate members on possible issues and AAA products while maintaining a professional image and accurate revenue collection. Operate the MDC computer to update call information and safeguard confidential paperwork. Work independently on a rotating schedule covering Sunday through Friday from 11:00am to 9:30pm, including overnight and weekend differentials. Maintain service vehicles and tools in good working order while complying with all traffic laws and safety procedures.
