Job Summary
Roadside Service Tech Flatbed for AAA Northeast. Responsibilities include responding to member calls within ETA, locating and assisting members, ensuring scene safety, providing minor mechanical assistance (battery boosts, tire changes, etc.), towing when necessary, and promoting AAA products. Maintains vehicle and inventory, adheres to safety procedures, and represents AAA brand professionally. Shifts include overnight hours (8:00PM-6:30AM) with differential pay; requires high school diploma or GED and automotive/mechanical training, 21+ age, valid driver’s license, DOT card, and clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active and valid driver’s license issued by one state or jurisdiction
- DOT card (medical certificate)
- Post-secondary training in automotive mechanics or familiarity with electrical troubleshooting
- Satisfactory motor vehicle record check
