Job Summary
Review pavement and roadway designs, verify compliance with project requirements and international standards, and assess pavement performance and durability. Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality, coordinate interfaces with airfield systems, and support phased construction planning. Prepare technical reports, monitor pavement testing, and promote safe construction practices while participating in risk assessments. This role supports the design review, construction supervision, and technical coordination of roads and airport landside road networks for a major Airport Development Project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years in Roads and Pavement Engineering
- Airport, highways, or transportation infrastructure experience
- Construction supervision experience
- Pavement design principles
- Airport pavement standards
- Material testing procedures
- Civil engineering software
- Strong coordination and reporting skills
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer registration
- ICAO and FAA pavement experience
- Knowledge of pavement management systems
- Experience under FIDIC contracts
